Christmas Cheer Embroidered Sign - Anaheim

Join us for some Christmas Cheer and in making OESD’s Christmas Cheer Sign. Hang on your front door or somewhere in your home or give as a gift! Whether you’re new to embroidery or an expert you can do this as I will be bringing my own machine and demonstrating before you do it on your own machine.

Instructions of what to do Before Class:

• Print out pattern exactly to scale
• Pattern is mirror image – do not flip over – place Fuse & Fix or Steam A Seam on wrong side of fabric & Fiber Foam, then trace pattern on.
• DO NOT CUT ACCORDING TO PATTERN - add a solid 1/4" around the edge of fabrics and fiber foam.
• DO NOT cut out holly leaves, have a small piece of fabric with steam a seam applied and it will be demonstrated in class how to place them.

NOTE: There is much down time while the embroidery machine is working. It is suggested that you only prepare in advance the first top piece. There will be plenty of time in class to prep the other two pieces. However, this is only if you have your own iron and ironing mat. If not, bring the prepared pieces from home.
