BERNINA 480, 475QE & 435 Instructional Class ~ Tustin
This instructional class is for owners of the listed models who purchased their machine from Mel's Sewing & Fabric Center. If you did not purchase your machine from us, please call the store for more information.
This 6 hour class is on operating the sewing machine and will include BERNINA terminology, features and functions, navigating your machine, touch screen and sewing basics, buttons, tools, accessory options, needles, threads, proper threading and use of the needle threader. This class will also include basic sewing techniques, such as: seaming, top stitching, hemming and buttonholes, decorative stitching with functions, programming the memory, machine maintenance and much, much more.
- Bernina sewing machine with power cord and foot control
- All feet and sewing machine accessories that came with your machine
- Instructional Manual
- Small thread scissors
- Mettler thread - 1 spool medium color value (Metrosene Poly or Silk-finished 50wt. cotton)
- Needles: Schmetz size 80/12 Microtex or Jeans size 80/12
- Paper and pen for note taking
