Supply List:
1. Serger in good working order with foot controller and power cord.
2. New size 90/14 needles in your serger, the proper style for your serger.
3. 5/8 yard of fabric that will be the backing and flat cord strips
4. 3/8 yard of fabric that will be your accent fabric.
5. 4 spools of neutral color thread to coordinate with your fabric.
6. 20” of ¼” diameter cording. This is a rather heavy cording. If you can’t find the exact size get a thick cotton cording to fill you knot.
7. 18” pillow form.
8. Tube turner.
9. A small cutting mat, ruler and rotary cutter.
Before class please cut:
1. Three strips fabric of 1” wide from selvege to selvege from the 5/8 yard of fabric for the flat piping.
2. One 16” x 16” square of fabric from the 5/8 yard of fabric for the back.
3. Two 8 ½” by 8 ½” squares from the 5/8 yard of fabric for the front squares.
4. Two 8 ½” by 8 ½” squares from the 3/8 yard of fabric for the front squares.
BRING THE REST OF YOUR FABRIC. THRERE ARE STILL PIECES TO BE CUT IN CLASS.
