Included with this class are two 4 hour classes on operating the sewing machine and one 6 hour class on the Embroidery for the 830.
Part #1 - Sewing
This class will include Bernina terminology, features and functions, navigating your machine, touch screen and sewing basics, buttons, tools, accessory options, needles, threads, proper threading and use of the needle threader.
Part #2 – Sewing
This class will include basic sewing techniques, such as: seaming, edge finishing, blind hemming and buttonholes. Dual feed. Decorative stitching with functions. Programming the memory. Machine maintenance and much, much more.
Part #3 - Embroidery
The basics of successful embroidery with your Artista module, including stabilizing basics, needles, threads, combining designs, adding lettering, using Wordart, changing colors, altering designs, rescale or resize, and general design information. Answers to the question—To hoop or not to Hoop?
**An optional class for the BSR will be offered for those who wish to explore this wonderful free motion tool at a later date, with asmall class fee.

1. Bernina Sewing Machine, cleaned, oiled and ready to sew; with power cord, foot control, knee lever, slide on table, all feet, tools and accessories that came with the machine, including the instruction manual

With this class we offer two 4-hour hands-on classes to learn the Bernina basics, and one additional 6-hour hands-on classes for those Aurora owners who also purchased the embroidery unit with their machine.

Part #3 – Editor-Lite Software or Art Design ver. 1 & Embroidery
This class will investigate the basics of the software, work with designs to create your embroideries, add lettering, how to connect to the computer in order to sew out designs, and much more.
